Al principio recorrieron varias canchas pero no lograban encontrar una que los hiciera sentir especial, que les transmitiera esa emoción y esa pasión que ellos estaban buscando. Después de jugar en varios lugares, lograron encontrarse con Plaza Sports Center adaptándose rápido a las canchas y al ambiente familiar que ellos querían.</p>
<p class="p3">Después de varias temporadas decidieron cambiarse el nombre a Mesquite Grill. Con la nueva imagen también llegaron nuevos jugadores y con ellos una nueva esperanza de lograr una mejor temporada que las anteriores.</p>
<p class="p2">El inicio fue un poco desalentador ya que no ganaban ningún partido a pesar de sus esfuerzos. La mala racha se empezó a dar y los malos resultados ya eran platicas frecuentes entre los demás equipos. Esto no afecto su forma de ver el futbol y a pesar de tener mas de 25 partidos sin conocer la victoria, nunca se dieron por vencidos. Seguían con la mentalidad positiva y con los ojos puestos en conseguir su primer triunfo. Con eso en mente, optaron por cambiarse el nombre una vez mas pero esta vez se decidieron por uno que fuera de acuerdo al equipo y a lo que representan. Fue así como llegaron a la conclusión de ponerse Phoenix, ya que como el ave, ellos también resurgieron desde las cenizas.</p>
<p class="p2">Con un equipo renovado y con la moral muy en alto, se empezó a ver el enorme crecimiento deportivo que solo se da con la continuidad y la paciencia. Después de varios juegos amistosos, lograron formar un equipo sólido y de batalla. Empezaron a jugar el futbol como ellos lo habían deseado y los buenos resultados pronto se hicieron presentes. En esta ultima temporada lograron llegar hasta las semifinales de la liga de veteranos. Gracias al apoyo de sus familias que nunca dejaron de alentarlos fue como llegaron a ser un equipo fuerte y respetado ya que para todos la sana convivencia dentro y fuera de las canchas es muy importante. También para ellos la base de tener un gran equipo no solo es jugar bien al futbol, sino formar una hermandad entre ellos y una amistad única llena de respeto.</p>
<p class="p3">Sin mas que decir, queremos agradecer al equipo de Phoenix por estas 6 temporadas con nosotros. Equipo formal, de entrega, de garra, puro corazón</p>

Un equipo chico pero con un corazón enorme que nunca se rinde y nunca nos niega una sonrisa. Gracias Phoenix por ser parte de nuestras ligas, por fomentar el deporte en familia, pero sobretodo por ser un ejemplo no solo en las canchas sino tambien en la vida.</p>

It allows you stand on your own without your parents next to you,” she says, “and you have to all work together towards the same goal even if you don’t know your teammates, so that’s helpful in learning how to deal with people.”</p>

<p class="p3">The Toros Soccer Academy is the perfect place for young athletes to learn the skills and gain conditioning to go as far as they want to with the sport. With a focus on complete player development, students will learn how to control the ball on the field and develop skills that will help them succeed later in life. “Players start to develop physically and mentally to be able to face any situation that requires a physical effort,” says Head Coach Salvador Chava. He explains that soccer is a union of minds and attitudes coming together to work towards the same goal. “You depend on up to 11 other players, and they depend on you,” he says. “You become accountable to each other.”</p>

<p class="p3">Coach Chava believes in the mantra of “healthy body, healthy mind.” He invites all individuals to consider playing, but says it’s especially important for children to practice sports from a young age to build the habit of exercising. “It’s very important for us to invite them to practice sports,” he says. “We love soccer so we invite anyone!”</p>

<p class="p5">A mis padres, gracias por elegir esta Escuela, donde haré tantos buenos amigos y también gracias a mis entrenadores que me educan para que llegue a ser un buen deportista.</p>

<p class="p2">Estoy jugando, y desde adentro parecería que Ustedes, los de afuera, compitieran por mí, que tuvieran celos y que sufrieran por el triunfo que no llega o la jugada esperada que no puedo en ese momento brindarles.</p>

<p class="p6">To get better, you MUST practice on your own time in addition to organized training sessions with your coach.</p>
<p class="p6">When you are doing nothing someone else is doing more. Be the person who is always doing more.</p>
<p class="p6">You should have the ball at your feet so much that your parents eventually have to take it away from you so you actually sit down and eat dinner.</p>
<p class="p5"><b>WORK E T H I C </b></p>
<p class="p6">What you do behind the scenes matters more than any game or practice performance. When your parents, siblings, friends, coaches are not around, what are you doing with your free time? Continue working as if they are always watching you.</p>
<p class="p5"><b>COMPETITION </b></p>
<p class="p6">Competition between friends is possible. You can train hard against your teammates. You can tell them to play faster. They can tell you to do more. At the end of the day, you are making each other better. Once the game or practice ends you can, and should, go back to being friends off the field knowing you just did you best for each other. This is professionalism.</p>
<p class="p5"><b>L I F E </b></p>
<p class="p6">Soccer (and sports in general) prepares you for life. One day you will have a boss and other people you must work with in order to reach a certain goal or standard. Your coach is your boss. Your teammates are your co-workers. You don’t have to like each other but you must respect each other and work together in order to get the best results.</p>
<p class="p6">Don’t be scared to be uncomfortable. When you are comfortable you are no longer getting better. Practice harder and faster than you did the day before. Step outside of your comfort zone and reach a new level of success. On the next day, do it again!</p>
<p class="p6">(Girls) Any chance you get to jump in and play against boys do it! They are naturally quicker and stronger and you will benefit from this environment if you are willing to try.</p>
<p class="p6">(Boys) Any chance you get to jump in with older players, do it! They will force you to play quicker and to be more aggressive if you are willing to try.</p>
<p class="p7">Be willing to try and fail and try again.</p>

Caso planteo y formo la idea de construir una de las mejores instalaciones deportivas a nivel amateur contando con una impresionante infraestructura, capacidad y tamano; y teniendo como intension impulsar el deporte en el valle de Tejas.</p>
<p class="p3">Despues de ejercer 30 anos como doctor, a su retiro quizo hacer algo para toda la familia. Algo que reuniera a todos en sana convivencia y que ofreciera un servicio de primera clase. Ya que el futbol es el deporte mas popular del mundo, y a falta de canchas, construyo este mounstruo de cuatro cabezas. Para llevar acabo este proyecto, se conto con la colaboracion del Arquitecto Marcelino Cantu quien se encargo de darle vida a este majestuoso recinto, cual fue disenado por el Doctor Caso, y fue el mismo Doctor quien diera el nombre al tan reconocido Plaza Sports Center. Fue asi como en el ano del 2010, se coloco la primera piedra. Para la construccion, se eligio un lugar accessible para la mayoria de las personas y que fuera un lugar necesitado de deporte. Con esto en mente, se selecciono la ciudad de Pharr Texas como el lugar indicado para llevar acabo la obra de las mejores instalaciones. Finalmente, el 12 de Diciembre del 2012, Plaza Sports Center fue inaugurado en presencia del senador Hinojosa y familares del Doctor Caso.</p>
<p class="p3">En su primer ano, Plaza logro registrar a mas de 200 equipos en su totalidad. Al recinto llegaron jugadores de todos lados quedando impresionados con la perfeccion de las canchas. Fue tanta su admiracion que en poco tiempo se lograron abrir 25 ligas diferentes para adultos y tambien ligas infantiles. Pero no solo ha sido lugar para practicar este deporte, tambien los amantes del Futbol Americano han pisado nuestras canchas ya que tambien se han albergado torneos de Flag Football. Ademas, el 16 de Enero del ano 2015 se vivio un concierto para la historia. La presentacion de DJ Deorro tuvo un lleno total, metiendo a nuestras instalaciones a mas de 9 mil personas esa noche. Fue tanto el exito, que Plaza Sports Center empezo a ser no solo un complejo deportivo, sino tambien un sitio para eventos sociales como el “Employee Appreciation Day” que Doctors Hospitals at Renaissance tuvo con nosotros, entre otros muchos. Tambien ha recibido visitas importantes del Club America: Miguel Layun, Aquivaldo Mosquera, “El Negro” Medina, “El Gringo” Castro; quienes quedaron asombrados al ver las instalaciones de primer nivel.</p>

<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><b>3. </b></span><b>Do you need to play soccer? Will you learn to play soccer? </b></p>
<p class="p3">Although our name can lead some to believe we train soccer, our classes are physical training regimes modeled after soccer practices. Our goal is not to teach you to play soccer, but to start getting the speed, agility and coordination soccer training generates. You will see a variety of exercises using cones, ladders, rings, the soccer ball, and a lot of sprints and body weight exercises. This program is also encouraged for those who are already playing soccer and want to improve their resistance.</p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><b>4. </b></span><b>Who is the target market? </b></p>
<p class="p3">Our Soccerfit program is specifically designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. We believe women benefit tremendously from this type of exercise. We foster a comfortable, all women environment for ladies by designing this program after their needs. Just ask yourself these questions:</p>
